HOW IT WORKS
We will consult with you and will establish your prospective tenant requirements and the type of tenant best suited for the property. We will create an advert based on the information you have provided and once approved by you we will display the advert on various sites and media (such as SpareRooms, Gumtree, Right Move). We can provide professional photographs of the rooms/property. We will actively search for tenants, contact them and provide details of your property and why it would suit them. We will deal with all the tenancy enquires and viewings on your behalf. We can check and verify all tenancy documents on your behalf.
