MBVC Property Services LTD also provides Tenancy Inventory services. Our experienced team will prepare a thorough report to accurately document the condition prior to their occupancy, and when they vacate.
HOW IT WORKS
Our team will visit the property at the start of the tenancy, and using our own inventory checklist complete an inventory of all areas permitted for use by the tenant. We will provide both you and the tenant with signed and dated inventories. We can also hold a copy of the inventory so that an end of tenancy check can be completed in order to release or dispute deposits.
